Your credit card will not be billed until after 30 days after first signing up (for the first time) This allows you to have a trial of our platform and also ask questions.

You cannot get a refund if:

If you are after your first 30 day trial period.
You already renewed for your second or consecutive year (or second or consecutive month)
You forget to cancel before renewal.
You upgrade.
