What is the refund policy?
We want you to have the best experience possible so we offer a 30 calendar day trial period.
Your credit card will not be billed until after 30 days after first signing up (for the first time) This allows you to have a trial of our platform and also ask questions.
You cannot get a refund if:
- If you are after your first 30 day trial period.
- You already renewed for your second or consecutive year (or second or consecutive month)
- You forget to cancel before renewal.
- You upgrade.
